NicoDerm CQ is a nicotine replacement therapy patch worn once a day, designed around a step-down schedule rather than going cold turkey.

Step 1 delivers 21mg and is the starting point for heavier smokers; Step 2 steps down to 14mg as you progress. Both use extended-release SmartControl technology to deliver nicotine steadily through the skin for 16–24 hours of continuous support, helping reduce cravings and ease withdrawal symptoms while you work toward quitting. Both are sold in 14-count boxes.
