Orders & Shipping
Cutoff times, delivery windows, tracking, and changing an order.
Weekday orders placed by 5 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day from our fulfillment center in Florida, and most packages arrive within 2–5 business days depending on how far you are from the East Coast. Orders placed after the cutoff, or over a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. The same-day handoff matters more than it sounds: delivery windows only start counting once a package actually leaves the building, so a fast handoff is often the difference between a Thursday arrival and one the following Monday. As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it door to door. Shipping is free on orders over $25; below that, the rate is calculated at checkout. If your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, get in touch through our contact form and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Shipping is free on every order over $25. Below that threshold a flat rate is added at checkout, and you’ll see the exact amount on the order summary before you pay — there are no handling fees or surcharges added afterward. The threshold is measured against your order subtotal after any promo code is applied, not before, so a discount that drops you under $25 will also drop the free shipping. It’s worth checking the summary if you’re close to the line; adding one more item is often cheaper than paying the shipping rate. Subscribe & Save orders follow exactly the same rule — recurring deliveries over $25 ship free, every time, and the discount is applied before the threshold is checked. We currently ship within the United States only, so there are no customs charges or international rates to account for.
Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships — usually the same business day for weekday orders placed by 5 PM Eastern Time. Click the link in that email, or paste the number into the carrier’s own site, to follow the package door to door. No account? No problem. You can look up any order at moorevitamins.com/order/lookup with just your order number and the email you used at checkout — status, tracking, and delivery estimate, no login required. Two timing notes worth knowing: carriers sometimes take a few hours after pickup to register the first scan, so a “label created” status on day one is normal, and estimates firm up after the first regional scan. If tracking goes quiet for more than three business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier directly.
Look up your orderYou can cancel an order yourself from your account for as long as it hasn’t shipped. Open the order under Your Orders and choose Cancel — we refund the full amount to your original payment method immediately and send a stop-shipment notice to our warehouse in the same step. There is no fee and you don’t need to contact anyone. Once a tracking number exists the parcel is already with the carrier, and at that point it becomes a return rather than a cancellation — the standard 30-day policy takes over. One honest caveat: because orders reach the warehouse within minutes, a cancellation placed very close to shipping can lose the race, and the package may go out anyway. If that happens you’ve already been refunded, so just contact us and we’ll sort out the parcel. To change an address or edit items, contact us rather than cancelling — it’s faster.
View your ordersNot yet — we currently ship within the United States only. There’s a practical reason. Dietary supplements are regulated differently in nearly every country, and customs treatment of vitamins varies enough that international parcels are frequently delayed, taxed unexpectedly, or returned to sender. Keeping shipping domestic keeps delivery times predictable (2–5 business days) and means every product we ship stays inside the FDA regulatory framework it was manufactured under. If you’re shopping from outside the U.S., a U.S. freight-forwarding address will technically work, but we can’t guarantee delivery or accept returns once a package leaves the forwarder — so for most international shoppers, buying the same brands from an authorized retailer in your own country is the smoother path.
Payments
What we accept, when your card is charged, and how discounts apply.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. On phones and browsers that support them, Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically inside the card field — there’s no separate button to look for. We also accept Stripe Link, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, and buy-now-pay-later through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. One caveat worth knowing before you reach checkout: Subscribe & Save orders are billed on a recurring schedule, and Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay can’t support recurring billing. If there’s a subscription item in your cart, checkout will show card and Link only. Splitting your subscription and one-time items into two orders is the way around it. We don’t currently accept PayPal. Whatever method you choose, the available options are shown on the checkout page itself — that list is always the authoritative one.
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, and the card fields you type into are hosted and rendered by Stripe rather than by us. Your card number never touches a Moore Vitamins server and we never store it — we receive only a token that lets us charge the payment, plus the last four digits for your receipt. Stripe is certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification available, and processes payments for millions of businesses worldwide. Where your bank requests it, an additional 3-D Secure verification step will appear before the payment completes; that’s your card issuer adding a check, not us. If a payment is declined, the reason sits with your bank rather than with us — we never see the specific cause. Retrying with a different card usually resolves it, and if it doesn’t, contact us and we’ll help you finish the order.
For a one-time order, your card is charged when you complete checkout — not when the order ships. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate tracking email once the package leaves our fulfillment center. For Subscribe & Save, the first charge also happens at checkout, and each renewal is charged automatically on your delivery schedule. Your next billing date and the exact amount are always visible in your subscription dashboard, so a renewal should never be a surprise. One thing that occasionally causes confusion: some banks briefly display a pending authorization alongside the completed charge, which can look like you were billed twice. Pending authorizations drop off on their own, usually within a few business days. If you see two settled charges rather than one settled and one pending, contact us with your order number and we’ll refund the duplicate.
Promo codes are entered in your cart before checkout, and you’ll see the discount applied to the order summary straight away. Only one code applies per order. Promo codes and the 10% Subscribe & Save discount don’t stack — you get whichever is larger. On a subscription order, a promo code bigger than 10% replaces the subscription discount on that first delivery; a promo code worth 10% or less simply doesn’t apply, because you’re already getting at least that much. Either way you always pay the lower of the two prices. Importantly, this only affects the first delivery. Your recurring 10% Subscribe & Save discount continues on every renewal afterward regardless of what code you used to start. Note that a discount is applied before the $25 free-shipping threshold is checked, so a large code can push a borderline order back under it.
Subscribe & Save
How the discount works, and how to skip, pause, or cancel.
Subscribe & Save takes 10% off your first order and 5% off every recurring order after it, and you choose the schedule: monthly, every two months, or every three months. Each refill is charged and ships automatically, so you never run out mid-routine. That consistency is the point: supplements only work when they’re actually taken daily, and running out for two weeks quietly erases the progress you paid for. The discount appears as its own line item at checkout, on top of the listed price. You’ll always see the exact discount before you’re charged. There’s no commitment: no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, and every subscription can be skipped, paused, or cancelled from your account dashboard in a few clicks. Subscription orders over $25 ship free, like everything else.
Learn more about Subscribe & SaveLog into your account and open your subscription dashboard — every subscription has controls to skip the next delivery, pause billing until you resume, change delivery frequency, or cancel outright. Changes take effect immediately, there are no cancellation fees, and you never have to call anyone. If you’re just overstocked, Skip is usually the better tool than cancelling: it pushes one delivery without losing your discount or schedule. Pause stops billing entirely until you turn the subscription back on. Prefer not to log in? Go to moorevitamins.com/manage-subscription and we’ll email you a secure link — no password needed. You can also contact us from the address on your account and we’ll handle it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges; it doesn’t affect an order that has already processed, which is covered by the normal 30-day return policy instead.
Manage your subscriptionYour next delivery date is always visible in your subscription dashboard, along with the exact discounted price it will charge — so there are no surprises about when a renewal will process or what it will cost. You stay in control right up to the renewal date: skip the next delivery to push it one cycle, pause the subscription to stop billing indefinitely, or change the frequency so future renewals land when you actually need them. All three take effect immediately from the dashboard. When a renewal does process, it behaves like any other order — you get an order confirmation immediately and a tracking email when it ships. If a renewal ever goes through when you didn’t want it, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships; otherwise the standard 30-day return policy applies.
Products & Authenticity
Where our products come from, how they are stored, and how they are regulated.
Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from the manufacturer through Sterling Distributors, our authorized wholesale partner — the same distribution chain that stocks major retailers. Nothing comes from gray-market sellers, marketplace resellers, or liquidation channels. That sourcing chain is the whole ballgame for supplement authenticity. A label can be copied; a distribution chain can’t. Counterfeit and expired product overwhelmingly enters the market through third-party marketplace listings, where bottles change hands several times before reaching you. Buying from an authorized retailer means the bottle that left the manufacturer’s line is the bottle that arrives at your door, stored and handled to the manufacturer’s standards the whole way. We’re an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, including Windmill Health Products and Goli Nutrition. If you ever have a question about a specific bottle, contact us with the lot number and we’ll look into it with our distributor.
Our inventory is held in a temperature-controlled distribution facility in Florida, keeping every product within the manufacturer’s recommended storage environment until it leaves for your door. Storage conditions matter more for supplements than most people realize. Heat and humidity are the two main enemies of potency: gummies soften and clump, probiotics lose live cultures when held above their rated temperature, and softgels degrade faster in humid air. A climate-controlled warehouse protects against exactly these failure modes — it’s one of the practical differences between buying from an authorized distributor and buying from a marketplace seller whose storage conditions are unknown. Transit time is the other half of the equation, which is why same-day shipping matters: less time in trucks and depots means less heat exposure. Once your order arrives, store bottles in a cool, dry place — a cabinet away from the stove or a steamy bathroom is ideal.
Yes — dietary supplements sold in the U.S. are regulated by the FDA under its current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) rules, and the brands we carry are manufactured in FDA-regulated, cGMP-certified facilities. Windmill Health Products, our core brand, has manufactured supplements in the United States for over 50 years; the same cGMP framework applies to the other brands we stock, like Goli Nutrition. cGMP compliance is the part that actually protects you: it requires manufacturers to test every batch for ingredient identity, strength, purity, and composition, so the bottle contains what the label says in the stated dose. One distinction worth understanding: the FDA regulates how supplements are manufactured and labeled, but it doesn’t approve supplements the way it approves drugs. That’s why supplement marketing can never claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease — and why you’ll see the † disclaimer on our product pages.
The † symbol marks statements that have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It’s required context for how dietary supplements are regulated in the U.S.: the FDA oversees how supplements are manufactured and labeled, but it does not review or approve their claims the way it approves drug claims. That’s why compliant supplement language says a product “supports immune health” or “promotes relaxation” rather than promising to treat anything — supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and any product claiming otherwise is breaking the rules. Practically, the disclaimer is a signal of honest labeling, not a red flag: it tells you the brand is operating inside the FDA’s framework for supplements. When you evaluate any supplement — ours included — look at ingredient doses, manufacturing standards like cGMP certification, and the sourcing chain rather than the marketing promises.
Returns & Refunds
The 30-day policy, damaged orders, and refund timing.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee, and the refund goes back to your original payment method, not store credit. Because supplements are regulated for health and safety, opened products can’t be restocked or resold, so we can’t accept them back unless something was actually wrong with them. The damaged-or-defective exception matters: if a product arrives damaged, leaking, melted, or otherwise not right, that’s on us regardless of whether it’s opened — you get a full refund or a free replacement, and a photo of the issue is usually all we need rather than a return shipment. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, plus the 3–5 days your bank may take to post it. Subscription orders follow this same policy.
Read the full return policySend us your order number and the reason for the return through our contact form. We’ll respond within one business day with the return address and instructions — there’s no return-authorization portal to wrestle with, and no restocking fee. A few practical tips: keep products unopened (opened supplements can’t be restocked for health and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective), and ship with a tracked method so there’s never a dispute about whether the return arrived. Once your return is received, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, plus whatever your bank takes to post it — typically 3–5 business days. If the return is because of damage or a mistake on our end, skip the shipment entirely: send a photo instead and we’ll refund or replace without the round trip.
Start a returnSend us your order number and a photo of what arrived through our contact form, and we’ll make it right — full refund or free replacement, your choice. We respond within one business day. A photo is usually all we need: for damaged, leaking, or melted products and for wrong-item mix-ups, we almost never ask you to ship anything back. That keeps the fix fast, and it means you’re never out of pocket waiting for a return to travel across the country. A note on summer shipping: gummies can soften in hot delivery trucks. If a bottle arrives warm, clumped, or melted, that qualifies — don’t feel you have to live with it. And if the carrier marks your package delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, check with neighbors and your mail room first, then email us and we’ll trace it with the carrier.
Once we receive your return, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 3–5 business days to post it to your statement, so plan on roughly two weeks end to end from the day your parcel reaches us. That second stage is the one people don’t expect. We can only push the refund; how quickly it appears is entirely up to your issuer, and debit cards often take longer than credit cards. You’ll receive a refund confirmation email from us the moment we process it — that email is your proof the money is on its way, even if your statement hasn’t updated yet. Cancelled orders are different and much faster: because nothing needs to be shipped back, we refund immediately, and only the bank’s 3–5 day posting window applies.
Your Account
Ordering as a guest, finding past orders, and reaching a person.
No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address and a shipping address — there’s no account creation step and no password to invent at the point of purchase. An account does earn its keep afterward, though. It’s where your order history lives, where you can cancel an unshipped order yourself, and where subscriptions are managed. If you check out as a guest and create an account later using the same email address, your previous guest orders and any subscriptions are linked to it automatically — nothing is stranded. If you’d rather not create one at all, you don’t have to: order status is available at moorevitamins.com/order/lookup with your order number and email, and subscriptions can be managed through a secure emailed link. Everything you might need an account for has a no-account path.
Go to moorevitamins.com/order/lookup and enter your order number along with the email address you used at checkout. You’ll see the order status, tracking, and delivery estimate immediately — no login, no password, no account required. Your order number is in your confirmation email, which arrives within a minute or two of checkout. If you can’t find that email, it’s worth checking your spam and promotions folders before anything else — that’s where the overwhelming majority of “missing” confirmations turn out to be. We ask for both the order number and the email precisely because it keeps your order private: knowing one without the other isn’t enough to look it up. If you no longer have either, contact us from the address you ordered with and we’ll find it for you and reply within one business day.
Look up your orderYes. Go to moorevitamins.com/manage-subscription, enter the email address on your subscription, and we’ll send you a secure link — no password needed. From that link you can skip a delivery, change the cadence, update your card, or cancel outright. The link expires 30 minutes after it’s sent, which is deliberate: it’s the only credential protecting your billing details, so a short window limits the damage if the email is ever forwarded or left open on a shared device. If yours expires, just request another one — there’s no limit. For privacy reasons we show the same confirmation screen whether or not that email has an active subscription, so seeing it doesn’t by itself confirm an account exists. If the link never arrives, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we’ll make the change for you directly.
Manage your subscriptionUse the contact form at moorevitamins.com/contact. A real person reads every message and replies within one business day — usually much sooner during the week. You’ll get a faster resolution if your first message includes your order number and, for anything about the condition of what arrived, a photo. That’s often enough for us to refund or replace on the spot rather than trading messages back and forth to establish what happened. For quick questions there’s also our assistant, available on the site around the clock — it can answer questions about products, shipping, and policies instantly. For anything touching your specific order, payment, or subscription, the contact form is the right channel: those need a human who can actually make the change, and that’s the queue we answer within one business day.
