Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about shopping with Moore Vitamins.
Orders & Shipping
Weekday orders placed by 4 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day from our fulfillment center in Florida, and most packages arrive within 2–5 business days depending on how far you are from the East Coast. Orders placed after the cutoff, or over a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. The same-day handoff matters more than it sounds: delivery windows only start counting once a package actually leaves the building, so a fast handoff is often the difference between a Thursday arrival and one the following Monday. As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it door to door. Shipping is free on orders over $25; below that, the rate is calculated at checkout. If your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, email orders@moorevitamins.com and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. There’s a practical reason. Dietary supplements are regulated differently in nearly every country, and customs treatment of vitamins varies enough that international parcels are frequently delayed, taxed unexpectedly, or returned to sender. Keeping shipping domestic keeps delivery times predictable (2–5 business days) and means every product we ship stays inside the FDA regulatory framework it was manufactured under. If you’re shopping from outside the U.S., a U.S. freight-forwarding address will technically work, but we can’t guarantee delivery or accept returns once a package leaves the forwarder — so for most international shoppers, buying the same brands from an authorized retailer in your own country is the smoother path.
Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships — usually the same business day for weekday orders placed by 4 PM Eastern Time. Click the link in that email, or paste the number into the carrier’s own site, to follow the package door to door. No account? No problem. You can look up any order at moorevitamins.com/order/lookup with just your order number and the email you used at checkout — status, tracking, and delivery estimate, no login required. Two timing notes worth knowing: carriers sometimes take a few hours after pickup to register the first scan, so a “label created” status on day one is normal, and estimates firm up after the first regional scan. If tracking goes quiet for more than three business days, email orders@moorevitamins.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier directly.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save takes 10% off every recurring order on most products — not just the first delivery — and you choose the schedule: monthly, every two months, or every three months. Each refill is charged and ships automatically, so you never run out mid-routine. That consistency is the point: supplements only work when they’re actually taken daily, and running out for two weeks quietly erases the progress you paid for. The discount appears as its own line item at checkout, on top of the listed price. A few brands (like Goli) carry a smaller subscription discount to comply with manufacturer pricing rules — you’ll always see the exact discount before you’re charged. There’s no commitment: no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, and every subscription can be skipped, paused, or cancelled from your account dashboard in a few clicks. Subscription orders over $25 ship free, like everything else.
Log into your account and open your subscription dashboard — every subscription has controls to skip the next delivery, pause billing until you resume, change delivery frequency, or cancel outright. Changes take effect immediately, there are no cancellation fees, and you never have to call anyone. If you’re just overstocked, Skip is usually the better tool than cancelling: it pushes one delivery without losing your discount or schedule. Pause stops billing entirely until you turn the subscription back on. Prefer not to log in? Email orders@moorevitamins.com from the address on your account and we’ll handle it for you — we confirm by reply before changing anything. Cancelling stops all future charges; it doesn’t affect an order that has already processed, which is covered by the normal 30-day return policy instead.
Your next delivery date is always visible in your subscription dashboard, along with the exact discounted price it will charge — so there are no surprises about when a renewal will process or what it will cost. You stay in control right up to the renewal date: skip the next delivery to push it one cycle, pause the subscription to stop billing indefinitely, or change the frequency so future renewals land when you actually need them. All three take effect immediately from the dashboard. When a renewal does process, it behaves like any other order — you get an order confirmation immediately and a tracking email when it ships. If a renewal ever goes through when you didn’t want it, email orders@moorevitamins.com right away and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships; otherwise the standard 30-day return policy applies.
Products
Yes — dietary supplements sold in the U.S. are regulated by the FDA under its current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) rules, and the brands we carry are manufactured in FDA-regulated, cGMP-certified facilities. Windmill Health Products, our core brand, has manufactured supplements in the United States for over 50 years; the same cGMP framework applies to the other brands we stock, like Goli Nutrition. cGMP compliance is the part that actually protects you: it requires manufacturers to test every batch for ingredient identity, strength, purity, and composition, so the bottle contains what the label says in the stated dose. One distinction worth understanding: the FDA regulates how supplements are manufactured and labeled, but it doesn’t approve supplements the way it approves drugs. That’s why supplement marketing can never claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease — and why you’ll see the † disclaimer on our product pages.
Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from the manufacturer through Sterling Distributors, our authorized wholesale partner — the same distribution chain that stocks major retailers. Nothing comes from gray-market sellers, marketplace resellers, or liquidation channels. That sourcing chain is the whole ballgame for supplement authenticity. A label can be copied; a distribution chain can’t. Counterfeit and expired product overwhelmingly enters the market through third-party marketplace listings, where bottles change hands several times before reaching you. Buying from an authorized retailer means the bottle that left the manufacturer’s line is the bottle that arrives at your door, stored and handled to the manufacturer’s standards the whole way. We’re an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, including Windmill Health Products and Goli Nutrition. If you ever have a question about a specific bottle, email orders@moorevitamins.com with the lot number and we’ll look into it with our distributor.
Our inventory is held in a temperature-controlled distribution facility in Florida, keeping every product within the manufacturer’s recommended storage environment until it leaves for your door. Storage conditions matter more for supplements than most people realize. Heat and humidity are the two main enemies of potency: gummies soften and clump, probiotics lose live cultures when held above their rated temperature, and softgels degrade faster in humid air. A climate-controlled warehouse protects against exactly these failure modes — it’s one of the practical differences between buying from an authorized distributor and buying from a marketplace seller whose storage conditions are unknown. Transit time is the other half of the equation, which is why same-day shipping matters: less time in trucks and depots means less heat exposure. Once your order arrives, store bottles in a cool, dry place — a cabinet away from the stove or a steamy bathroom is ideal.
The † symbol marks statements that have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It’s required context for how dietary supplements are regulated in the U.S.: the FDA oversees how supplements are manufactured and labeled, but it does not review or approve their claims the way it approves drug claims. That’s why compliant supplement language says a product “supports immune health” or “promotes relaxation” rather than promising to treat anything — supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and any product claiming otherwise is breaking the rules. Practically, the disclaimer is a signal of honest labeling, not a red flag: it tells you the brand is operating inside the FDA’s framework for supplements. When you evaluate any supplement — ours included — look at ingredient doses, manufacturing standards like cGMP certification, and the sourcing chain rather than the marketing promises.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee, and the refund goes back to your original payment method, not store credit. Because supplements are regulated for health and safety, opened products can’t be restocked or resold, so we can’t accept them back unless something was actually wrong with them. The damaged-or-defective exception matters: if a product arrives damaged, leaking, melted, or otherwise not right, that’s on us regardless of whether it’s opened — you get a full refund or a free replacement, and a photo of the issue is usually all we need rather than a return shipment. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, plus the 3–5 days your bank may take to post it. Subscription orders follow this same policy.
Email orders@moorevitamins.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we’ll make it right — full refund or free replacement, your choice. We respond within one business day. A photo is usually all we need: for damaged, leaking, or melted products and for wrong-item mix-ups, we almost never ask you to ship anything back. That keeps the fix fast, and it means you’re never out of pocket waiting for a return to travel across the country. A note on summer shipping: gummies can soften in hot delivery trucks. If a bottle arrives warm, clumped, or melted, that qualifies — don’t feel you have to live with it. And if the carrier marks your package delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, check with neighbors and your mail room first, then email us and we’ll trace it with the carrier.
Email orders@moorevitamins.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with the return address and instructions — there’s no return-authorization portal to wrestle with, and no restocking fee. A few practical tips: keep products unopened (opened supplements can’t be restocked for health and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective), and ship with a tracked method so there’s never a dispute about whether the return arrived. Once your return is received, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, plus whatever your bank takes to post it — typically 3–5 business days. If the return is because of damage or a mistake on our end, skip the shipment entirely: send a photo instead and we’ll refund or replace without the round trip.
