Your satisfaction matters. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on defective or damaged products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Opened Products
We do not accept returns on opened supplements unless the product is defective. If you received a defective item, we will gladly accept the return regardless of whether it has been opened.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email support@moorevitamins.com with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage. Our team will respond with return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective items. If you’d like to exchange a defective product, let us know in your return request and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we confirm the issue.
