Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return requests received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement products unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail. To start a return, email contact@moorevitamins.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please ship your return using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Moore Vitamins covers the cost of return shipping — we will provide a prepaid return label. For non-defective returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price once your return is received and inspected.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like an exchange, mention this in your return request and we will ship a replacement once we confirm the issue.
Subscribe & Save Orders
You can cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Individual shipments that have already been processed follow the standard return policy above.
