What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging. Contact us first so we know your return is coming.

Can I return an opened product?

No — opened products can’t be returned for health and safety reasons. If something arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, that’s different: contact us and we’ll make it right.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is a change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we got it wrong — damaged, defective, or incorrect item — you usually don’t need to ship anything back at all: a photo is enough and we cover everything.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email orders@moorevitamins.com with a photo of what you received. We’ll make it right immediately — full refund or replacement, your choice, at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?
