1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using moorevitamins.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on moorevitamins.com are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. We also reserve the right to limit quantities on any order or refuse service at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled same day through our distribution partner and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Moore Vitamins is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

5. Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, contact us at orders@moorevitamins.com with your order number and reason for the return.

6. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders are billed on a recurring basis at a 10% discount. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no cancellation fees apply. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on moorevitamins.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Moore Vitamins and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moore Vitamins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
