Shipping Policy
We ship fast and free on every order. Here are the details.
Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 5pm EST ship the same day from our facility. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the following business day.
Delivery Timeline
Standard shipping delivers in 2–5 business days from the ship date. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25. Orders under $25 ship at a flat rate.
Domestic Only
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us at orders@moorevitamins.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same shipping policy as one-time purchases. Each renewal ships same day and you’ll receive a new tracking number with every shipment.
