Yes, daily use is fine — most people apply it at night after cleansing. Vitamin E is non-comedogenic at the dose in this cream and is well-tolerated by sensitive skin. If you're acne-prone or have very oily skin, start with a small patch test first and use it on dry areas (around eyes, neck, hands) rather than across the whole face.

Biotin is water-soluble and excess is excreted in urine, so the dose itself is well-tolerated by healthy adults.
